aura (“we”, “us”) operates the website weareaura.eu. this policy explains what data we collect on this website, how we use it and how we protect it. a separate privacy policy covering the aura device and app will be published before the first devices ship.

when you join the waitlist or subscribe to build updates, we collect your email address and the place on the site where you signed up. that’s it — no tracking pixels, no ad profiles.

legal basis under GDPR: your consent, which you can withdraw anytime — every email includes an unsubscribe link.

your email is stored with our database provider (supabase) and our email platform (brevo), both under GDPR-compliant data processing agreements. we never sell your data to anyone.

until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. unsubscribed addresses are removed from active lists immediately.

under GDPR you can ask for access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction of your data, and you can object to processing or withdraw consent anytime. write to privacy@weareaura.eu and we’ll sort it out.
