We are Aura s. r. o., Kolejákova 225/13, 027 43 Nižná, Slovakia (IČO 55549403, DIČ 2122026786, IČ DPH SK2122026786), referred to as “aura”, “we” or “us”, operates weareaura.eu and sells aura devices directly to consumers within the EU.

placing a pre-order is an offer to buy, which we accept by email confirmation. pre-order payments are taken in full at checkout and lock in the price and batch shown at the time of order. we may limit quantities per customer to keep the first batch fair for everyone on the waitlist.

as an EU consumer you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. for pre-orders that haven’t shipped yet, we go further: you can cancel any time before shipping for a full refund. to cancel, contact info@weareaura.eu.

we’ll keep you updated on shipping timelines by email as the first batch nears production. if a delay pushes your order meaningfully past the estimate you were given, you can cancel for a full refund at any point before your device ships.

every aura device carries a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, in addition to any statutory legal guarantee of conformity you’re entitled to as an EU consumer. if your device arrives faulty or develops a defect covered by the warranty, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost to you.

nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (for example, liability for death, personal injury, or fraud). for anything else, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order.

these terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. if you’re an EU consumer, you can also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr to resolve a complaint.
